Q: Are you destroying the food source or habitat for Giant Pandas?
A : Not at all. The species of bamboo used as food primarily by the Giant Panda (but also in Asian cuisine) is Gelidocalamus fangianus found mixed within pine forests. Bamboo is harvested from bamboo forests which develop mainly on mountains. Very small areas are selectively harvested leaving much of the bamboo to continue propagating itself and providing habitat to native species. Since bamboo only takes a year to fully mature, but a typical harvesting rotation around a mountain takes five to six years, the forest is able to grow, thrive, and be harvested without disturbing the ecological balance or aesthetics' of the forest.
Q: Why buy and use bmboo products?
A : Bamboo is one of the most eco-friendly building materials there is—it's sturdy and solid, yet it grows extremely fast and is therefore rapidly renewable. (hint: that means it's often cheap to buy, too) Plus, it has a stark, elegant that will likely blend into the decor of your home. So it’s really no wonder we're seeing more and more bamboo products enter the marketplace—which is good news for eco-enthusiasts everywhere.

Q: How to care and maintain bamboo furniture?
A : 1. Dusting on a regular basis avoids possible scratching of the furniture. Use a small dust brush or cloth and simply wipe over the surface removing dust particles. It's recommended you do this at least once a week.
2. Avoid spilling foreign substances onto your furniture. If you happen to have an accident or a spillage, clean it immediately because this will prevent possible permanent staining.
3. Use a soft cloth or sponge soaked in soap water. Avoid using detergents which contain abrasive chemicals as this can damage the surface of the bamboo furniture.
4. Contrary to popular belief, bamboo is not really suited to the outside elements and in a furniture state, it can quickly be damaged. Under no circumstances leave in open sun or exposed to direct rain.
5. At least once a year, do a major clean. This involves vacuuming off the dust which may deposit in crevices. Wipe over with a damp sponge immersed in soapy water. Never use harsh, corrosive detergent solutions. Also, avoid hosing your furniture. You may even consider a light coat of polish or wax. Always wait until the surface of your furniture has dried before attempting to sit in it.
Q: Are the bamboo products susceptible to insects and mildew?
A : Bamboo products and its poles, trim materials are backed by our warranty, poles are harvested from quality controlled plantations at 5 to 6 years old for maximum strength and hardness. Poles are pressure treated in Boric Acid for insect treatment, sanded and cut,. and multi-ply coats of resistant durable finish
Q: Is the appeareance of fissures in the bamboo products possible?
A : Yes, it is. But the fissures that may appear in the bamboo products are very superficial, so the products are never structurally affected. In the same way as the stains, sometimes the little fissures make these products unique pieces.
The reason of the appereance of these fissures is that the bamboo wall fibers and nodes work in perpendicular direction during the drying process. These little fissures, that are typical in the big tropical bamboo plants may appear even if they have mechanical drying process.
Q: What¡¯s the lead time , mode&terms of payment?

By then, Original export documents (i.e. BL, CO, Invoice & Packing List) will be sent via express mail.
